1. 适用范围与运营者
本政策适用于由 dispatcher.cc 域名所有者维护、仅供本人使用的 Hermes Agent Google API 集成及本说明网站。本应用不接受公众注册，也不代表 Google 或 Hermes 开源项目的官方服务。
This policy covers the owner's personal Hermes Agent Google API integration and this informational website. The operator is the owner of dispatcher.cc. No public registration is offered; this is not an official Google or Hermes project service.
2. 访问哪些数据，为什么需要
- Google Drive：任务涉及的文件内容、文件名、文件标识、文件夹及必要元数据，用于上传、查找和管理本人指定的文件及输出。
- Google Sheets：任务涉及的表格标识、工作表结构、单元格内容及必要元数据，用于创建、读取、整理和更新表格。
- 授权与任务信息：授权范围、访问令牌、刷新令牌，以及任务配置、执行状态和错误信息，用于访问已授权资源、后台执行与故障排查。
访问以 Google 授权界面实际授予的权限为上限，并限于本人配置的任务用途。Google 登录在 Google 的授权页面完成，本说明网站不索取 Google 密码。
Depending on each task, the app processes Drive file contents and metadata, Sheets structure and cell contents, OAuth credentials and task records. These support authorized uploads, spreadsheet operations, scheduled execution and troubleshooting. Granted Google scopes limit access; task settings determine its purpose. This website does not request Google passwords.
3. 第三方 AI 与数据传输
部分任务会使用第三方 AI 服务。在本人配置并启用相应任务时，必要的文件内容、表格数据、元数据、指令或中间结果可能发送给所配置的 AI API 服务商，以完成分析、整理或内容生成。这意味着相关任务数据可能离开个人运行环境。
具体接收方由本人在任务或模型配置中选择。启用前应确认其服务条款、数据保留及训练设置；本应用不能替代该服务商作出“零留存”等保证。不得把 Google 密码、OAuth 客户端密钥或授权令牌作为模型输入。
Google 接收完成 Drive、Sheets 操作所需的数据。Cloudflare 为本静态说明网站提供托管与网络服务；本网站不以网页表单或后端接口收集文件、表格或 OAuth 凭据。
Some tasks send necessary file contents, spreadsheet data, metadata, instructions or intermediate results to third-party AI API providers selected by the owner. Data may leave the personal runtime. Before enabling a provider, the owner must review its retention, training settings and terms. This policy does not promise zero retention by those providers. Google credentials must not be sent as model input. Google processes API requests; Cloudflare hosts this informational website, which has no task-data or token collection endpoint.
4. 数据使用限制
Google 用户数据仅用于本人授权的文件、表格及相关 AI 辅助任务，不用于出售、广告定向、数据经纪业务或训练通用 AI／机器学习模型。第三方处理也必须遵守这些限制。
本应用使用及向其他应用传输从 Google API 获取的信息，应遵守 Google API Services User Data Policy，包括其 Limited Use（有限使用）要求。若某项服务或配置无法符合这些要求，不应向其发送 Google 用户数据。
Google user data is limited to authorized personal file, spreadsheet and related AI-assisted tasks. It must not be sold, used for advertising or data brokerage, or used to train general-purpose AI/ML models. Use and transfer must comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use. Do not send Google user data to a provider or configuration that cannot meet these requirements.
5. 保存、安全与保留期限
上传后的文件和表格保存在本人 Google 账号中，直到本人删除。任务运行环境可能保留授权凭据、配置、日志、缓存和生成结果；其保留时间由实际任务设置及本人的清理操作决定，本应用不承诺统一的自动删除天数。
授权凭据应保存在受访问控制的个人运行环境中，不得放入本公开网站、公开仓库或模型输入。应限制日志中的敏感内容，并妥善保护存储与备份。第三方 AI 服务的处理记录及保留规则以所选服务和账号配置为准。
Files and spreadsheets remain in the owner's Google account until deleted. The runtime may retain credentials, settings, logs, caches and outputs according to task settings and manual cleanup; no universal automatic-deletion period is promised. Credentials must be access-controlled and excluded from this public website, public repositories and model inputs. Provider-side retention depends on the selected service and account configuration.
6. 撤销授权、停止任务与删除
本人可随时停用定时任务，并在 Google 账号的第三方连接管理中撤销本应用的访问权限。撤销后，本应用不能继续使用已撤销的授权访问 Google 数据。
撤销授权不等于删除既有数据。应另外删除运行环境中的令牌、日志、缓存、输出和相关备份；Google Drive／Sheets 中的文件需在 Google 中单独删除；已发送给 AI 服务商的数据需按该服务商提供的方式处理。请勿在联系邮件中发送密码或令牌。
The owner can stop schedules and revoke access through Google Account connections. Revocation stops access under the revoked grant but does not erase existing data. Separately remove runtime credentials, logs, caches, outputs and backups; delete Google files in Google and address provider-held data through that provider's controls. Never send passwords or tokens by email.
7. 本网站的访问数据
这些静态页面未加入广告、访问分析脚本、表单或应用层追踪 Cookie。网站托管与网络服务商可能因交付网页、安全防护及运维处理 IP 地址、请求时间、浏览器信息等技术数据，具体参见 Cloudflare 隐私政策。公开网页不展示本人 Google 文件或表格内容。
These static pages include no advertising, analytics scripts, forms or application tracking cookies. Hosting and network providers may process technical request data, such as IP addresses, request times and browser information, for delivery, security and operations. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. Private Google file and spreadsheet contents are not displayed here.
8. 更新与联系
用途、数据范围或处理方式发生变化时，应先更新本政策，并在适用情况下重新确认授权。本政策应与实际运行配置保持一致。
